I'm Zoka Djurovic. I spent 9 years at Ivy Exec, a pioneer in executive career advisory in New York, first as a recruiter, then as marketing director. I sourced management consultants from McKinsey, Deloitte, BCG, and Bain, and saw firsthand how the U.S. market hires. That experience is the foundation of Kaymack.
After a decade watching U.S. companies struggle with remote hiring while Serbian talent went consistently overlooked, I realized both sides needed a bridge. That's Kaymack.
