Job Description
PART-TIME · REMOTE · KRISTIN CHASKY COACHING
Kristin Chasky is a personal and professional coach who helps high-achieving entrepreneurs and professionals who have accomplished a lot but feel stuck or unfulfilled. She helps them get clear on what they truly want, understand what is getting in the way, and take aligned action to create it.
The business is expanding this fall across webinars, email marketing, PR and podcast outreach, paid ads, and social. Kristin is looking for one organized, capable person to turn that growth strategy into action.
Right now Kristin is building a lot of new infrastructure, and she needs someone who can help set it up, organize it, connect it, and then manage it. This includes her CRM and lead management system, scheduling software, webinar and Meta ad funnels, email automations, and other systems added as the business grows.
About the role
This is a hands-on operations and growth-support role. Kristin brings the ideas and direction. You organize them, build the systems, implement, track, follow up, and make sure things get done.
You do not need to be an expert in ads, PR, or every marketing area. You need to be someone who learns quickly, takes initiative, and cares about doing work that helps people grow. Experience in any of these areas is a welcome bonus, not a requirement.
What you will do
The work falls into three areas:
Operations and client support
- Run the systems and follow-up behind the weekly webinars: scheduling, reminders, and post-event sequences.
- Keep leads organized and follow conversions through the pipeline.
- Handle group program and client administration: onboarding, payments, resources, and client emails.
- Send a simple weekly report on what is working and what needs attention.
Systems and automation
- Set up, connect, and manage the core tools that run the business, such as the CRM, scheduling, and project management, and build the workflows that keep them running.
- Build and manage email marketing and automated email sequences.
Marketing support
- Help implement and track Facebook and Meta ad campaigns.
- Track social media and LinkedIn performance, and keep content organized.
- Research PR, media, and podcast opportunities, and help personalize and manage outreach.
Your first 90 days
The role is designed to ramp up gradually, so you can settle in and do great work rather than take on everything at once. We will sit down and figure out the best plan of action. Once one task or system is complete, we will figure out the next. Rough plan:
- Month 1: Get organized. Set up core systems, calendar, CRM, and workflows, and learn how the business runs. Create SOPs as you go. Begin setting up funnels and webinar process.
- Month 2: Continue with webinars. The plan is to launch the webinars by mid-October. Own the systems and follow-up around the weekly webinars, on top of what you are already handling.
- Month 3: Add marketing. Start supporting social media and helping test Meta ads.
From there, the role keeps growing alongside the business.
Who this is for
- You have real experience working with someone virtually, supporting a business in an assistant, operations, or coordination role.
- You have experience setting up and managing the systems and software that help a business run and grow, such as CRM and lead management, scheduling, webinar funnels, email automations, Meta ad tracking, project management, and reporting. You are comfortable learning new platforms, building workflows and automations, connecting systems, and managing them over time.
- You already use AI tools in your work. Experience or a genuine interest in building Claude / ChatGPT skills and employees to help keep the business running so we can focus on growth. A willingness to learn and experiment with new technology matters more here than existing expertise.
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with tools and technology.
- You write clearly and warmly, and you communicate well.
- You work independently and figure out the next step without being told.
- You are genuinely drawn to personal development, psychology, and emotional growth, and you understand why this work matters.
- You are creative enough to understand a brand and think about angles, such as which podcast fits or how to frame a pitch.
Where this role can grow
As the role grows toward full-time, there is room to take on more of the strategic and creative work: shaping PR and podcast outreach, owning more of the paid ad strategy, and helping identify where AI can make the business more efficient, including developing and managing AI agents that automate repeatable tasks. If that excites you, this role can grow into it over time.
Details
- Part-time, remote role. Around 20 hours per week, with room to grow toward full-time as the business grows.
- Compensation: approximately $1,100 per month (gross).
- Work from anywhere, on a flexible schedule.
- Start date: as soon as possible.
